WHAT I OFFER

Embark on a journey of personalised wellness with my Ayurvedic consultations and targeted therapies.

Ayurvedic Consultation

  • Personalised

Central to our personalised Ayurvedic consultations is the concept of Prakriti, or your unique constitutional makeup. Prakriti is determined by the balance of the three doshas; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — that govern various aspects of our physiology and personality.

During your consultation, I will conduct a thorough assessment to determine your Prakriti. Through techniques such as pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha), tongue diagnosis (Jeev Pariksha) and detailed questioning (Prashna), we'll gain insights into the dominant doshas in your constitution and any imbalances present.

We understand that each individual is unique, with their own set of health challenges and goals. That's why our consultations are personalised to you. Armed with knowledge of your Prakriti, we tailor our recommendations specifically to your individual needs. Whether your Prakriti indicates a predominance of Vata, Pitta, or Kapha dosha, we craft targeted solutions to restore balance and vitality to your life.

  • Targeted

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

This will be found while exploring together the ideas, your blocks, what holds you back in each session we will look at how to bring you back to balance, this will be focused using techniques such as Pulse and Tongue diagnosis. By utilising these techniques it will give myself as a practitioner a deeper insight into you.

Once we understand your individual constitution and health concerns, we create a personalised plan to address them. Drawing from the vast treasure trove of Ayurvedic therapies, including herbal remedies, dietary adjustments, lifestyle modifications, and specific Ayurvedic treatments, we provide targeted solutions designed to meet your unique needs.

  • Integrative

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you towards other helpful practices such as meditation, types of yoga suited to your body, how to be aligned to the seasons and more.

We believe in the power of integrative medicine, combining the best of Ayurveda with other healing modalities to provide comprehensive care. My consultations may incorporate elements of yoga, meditation and more, tailored to your needs and preferences.

Understanding your Prakriti not only guides our treatment approach but also empowers you to make informed choices about your health. By aligning your lifestyle, diet, and daily routine with your unique constitution, you can promote balance, prevent disease, and enhance overall well-being.

FAQs

  • Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system of medicine originating from India over 5,000 years ago. It focuses on achieving balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit to promote overall health and well-being.

  • Doshas are fundamental energies believed to govern physiological functions in the body. There are three main doshas: Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water). Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, which influences their physical, mental, and emotional characteristics.

  • Ayurveda determines your dosha through an assessment of physical, mental, and emotional traits, as well as lifestyle factors such as diet, sleep patterns, and stress levels. This helps identify any imbalances in your doshas and guides personalised treatment and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Ayurvedic treatment focuses on restoring balance and harmony in the body through various methods including dietary changes, herbal remedies, lifestyle modifications, detoxification practices, and therapeutic techniques such as yoga, meditation, and massage.
